Chocolate Caramel Shortbread

We make our own caramel to top these popular and indulgent treats. Taken a little further than most to give more flavour to counteract some of the sweetness.

Our wholesale trays of flapjacks, brownies, shortbreads and cake are baked by hand, in Devon using the same time-honoured techniques we’ve been using since 1980. Made to our own recipe, arriving in the same paper we bake them in, we pre-slice into 16 portions for convenience, ready for you to serve.  At home in cafés, pubs, deli’s, garden centres, stately homes and events anything in between.
