Apple & Date Filled Shortbread

A dark, rich filling sandwiched between our vegan friendly shortbread mixture make these a real treat.

Our wholesale trays of flapjacks, brownies, shortbreads and cake are baked by hand, in Devon using the same time-honoured techniques we’ve been using since 1980. Made to our own recipe, arriving in the same paper we bake them in, we pre-slice into 16 portions for convenience, ready for you to serve.  At home in cafés, pubs, deli’s, garden centres, stately homes and events anything in between.
