This rich and tender bake is now even more deliciously lemony. Topped with lashings of our bright and zingy glaze, this cake is sure to be a favourite with everyone.

Our wholesale trays of flapjacks, brownies, shortbreads and cake are baked by hand, in Devon using the same time-honoured techniques we’ve been using since 1980. Made to our own recipe, and always absolutely delicious.  At home in cafés, pubs, deli’s, garden centres, stately homes and events anything in between.
