Back by popular demand… Our sun-drenched, luxurious fruit forward Passionfruit Frangipane is THE most delicious slice to celebrate the long days of summer.

A thin shortbread base, a generous layer of bright and zingy passionfruit curd, topped with a luxurious pure butter and ground almond Frangipane and finally dusted with coconut… this is a really special addition to your summer cake counter.

Our wholesale trays of flapjacks, brownies, shortbreads and cake are baked by hand, in Devon using the same time-honoured techniques we’ve been using since 1980. Made to our own recipe, arriving in the same paper we bake them in, we pre-slice into 16 portions for convenience, ready for you to serve.
